Backyard To Bottle
Gardening is personal for me—it’s therapy and reflection. It’s time spent outside, working the soil, watching something small grow into something real. When I planted my first Chocolate Habanero seeds, I wasn’t thinking about selling sauce. I just wanted to grow something honest that my family could enjoy straight from the garden.
Day by day I watched those peppers grow—starting green and slowly turning that deep chocolate brown that tells you they’re ready. It taught me patience, the kind of work nobody sees. The watering, the waiting, the care that happens long before anything ever reaches a table.
When harvest finally came, the idea hit me: what if I bottled the journey, not just the heat?
So I went into the kitchen and started experimenting until the sauce spoke for itself—bold, balanced, and built in stages.
That’s CP’s X ½.
I don’t mass-produce it.
I don’t outsource it.
I grow it. I make it. I bottle it. And I stand behind it.
