Because this is a handcrafted, food-based product, I cannot accept returns on opened bottles.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact me within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. I’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, a refund, or store credit.

If your package is marked “delivered” but you can’t find it, reach out and I’ll help you with the next steps.
